On January ^24th 2026, the 14th Global Governance Forum (2026) — featuring the launch of the book Global Governance Initiative: Jointly Advancing Toward a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind and the inaugural ceremony for Global Governance Initiative International Research Network was successfully held in Beijing. The event was hosted by Renmin University of China; organized by the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, the School of Global Leadership, and the Center for Global Governance Studies at Renmin University of China; co-organized by Foreign Languages Press. Ambassadors to China, representatives of international organizations, experts and scholars from multiple countries attended. The book Global Governance Initiative: Jointly Advancing Toward a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind (in Chinese and English) was released as the first book in China about “Global Governance Initiative”, and the inaugural ceremony for Global Governance Initiative International Research Network was successfully established.

The Network firstly brings together over 100 scholars from 50 countries to contribute academic insights and practical solutions toward building a more just and equitable global governance system and jointly advancing toward a community with a shared future for mankind.
