Dr. Tara is director of international relation and cooperation at Arunima College (Affilliated to Tribhuvan Univesity, Nepal) and Research director at Girija Prasad Koirala Foundation, Nepal. He has published a number of scientific research articles in international journals.

He was awarded the Nepal Bidhya Bhusan Ka – Nepal Education Award ‘A’ from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, government of Nepal and Young Scientist Research Grant Award by Nepal Academy of Science of Technology, Government of Nepal.
