Isis Paris Maia – Historian, M.A., and Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil. Visiting lecturer in the Postgraduate Program on Contemporary China at PUC Minas and member of the China Studies Group at the University of Brasília (GECHINA). Co-founder of the scientific dissemination project Fios de China. My current research focuses on institutions in China, with an emphasis on digital governance and the use of technologies in public policy.
