Since 1999, I have been studying and promoting the management ideas of American management guru Peter Drucker. I was among the first group of experts to systematically, systematically and course-based disseminate these ideas. 

In 2009, I got acquainted with Mr. Daisoami Saikaku, the sage of Japanese management. I worked as a partner for 8 years at Mr. Saikaku's side, and together we established Daisoami Saikaku (Beijing) Management Consulting Co., Ltd. I served as the executive director and was responsible for the daily operations of the Saikaku School. 

In 2012, under the commission of Dr. Bai Lixin, I initiated the establishment of the Zhi Li Zhi Gong Public Welfare Learning Group, and began to study Chinese culture centered around the Yangming Mind School and the Tao Te Ching. In 2020, the company operation was launched, and Beijing Runze Yuan Education Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. was established.
