中国人民大学全球治理研究中心(Global Governance Research Center，RUC)成立于2017年3月9日，是北京巨丰金控科技有限公司董事长马琳女士向中国人民大学捐赠并由中国人民大学重阳金融研究院（人大重阳）负责运营管理的教育基金项目。

　　中国人民大学全球治理研究中心旨在构建高层次、高水准的全球治理思想交流平台，并向社会发布高质量的全球治理研究报告，努力践行咨政、启民、伐谋、孕才的智库使命。 

       2018年1月，中国人民大学全球治理研究中心入围由美国宾州大学“智库研究项目”（TTSCP）推出的、国际公认度最高的《全球智库报告2017》的“亚洲大国智库90强”。

Global Governance Research Center, Renmin University of China was established on March 9, 2017. It is a program supported by the education fund donated to Renmin University of China from Ms. Ma Lin, Chairman of Beijing Jufeng gold Control Technology Co. Ltd., which is operated by Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY).

 The centre aims to build a global governance platform for the exchange of high level ideas, to issue high quality Global Governance Research Report, and strive to practice the think tank mission of advising policymakers, enlightening the public, planning strategies and nurturing talents.

In January 2018, the Global Governance Research Centre at Renmin University of China was ranked among the `Top 90 Think Tanks in China, India, Japan, and the Republic of Korea` by the prestigious "2017 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report", published by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTSCP) at the University of Pennsylvania.
