4月25-26日“包容性增长国际发展融资体系:发展中国家合作与共同繁荣”T20会议秘鲁分论坛

2016年4月25日至26日,二十国集团智库会议海外分论坛“包容性增长国际发展融资体系:发展中国家合作与共同繁荣”在秘鲁首都利马举行。本次论坛由中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所、上海国际问题研究院、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院以及秘鲁太平洋大学中国-秘鲁研究中心、德国经济政策论坛共同主办,世界经济与政治研究所经济发展研究室担任总协调工作,泛美开发银行与德国国际合作机构提供资助。

  2016年4月25日至26日,二十国集团智库会议海外分论坛“包容性增长国际发展融资体系:发展中国家合作与共同繁荣”在秘鲁首都利马举行。本次论坛由中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所、上海国际问题研究院、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院以及秘鲁太平洋大学中国-秘鲁研究中心、德国经济政策论坛共同主办,世界经济与政治研究所经济发展研究室担任总协调工作,泛美开发银行与德国国际合作机构提供资助。作为二十国集团峰会的重要配套会议之一,此次海外分论坛是G20官方授权三家中国智库共同举办的九场T20活动中的第五场,也是今年T20首场在G20成员国之外的发展中国家举办的论坛活动。会议通过建立沟通和交流的平台,邀请非G20国家对G20框架表达观点,也使G20成员国借助非G20的视角进一步思考G20未来的发展。


  此次论坛围绕全球经济实现可持续增长与包容性发展中国际开发融资机构能够发挥的作用为主题进行。会议首先由秘鲁太平洋大学校长德尔卡斯蒂略(Elsa Del Castillo)致欢迎辞。秘鲁央行行长维拉德(Julio Velarde)做了题为“全球背景下的秘鲁经济:近期趋势与展望”的主题发言。中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所张宇燕所长做了题为“理解全球治理”的主旨演讲,开启了论坛“发展中国家的合作与共同繁荣”议题的讨论。张宇燕所长指出了当前全球治理框架中存在的问题,强调了在全球各国互相依赖程度加深的大背景下加强全球治理的重要意义,并对改进当前全球治理提出了建议。此外,张宇燕所长还向与会嘉宾介绍了2016年中国担任G20主席国期间T20系列峰会活动的内容。本次会议的其他三个议题分别是:(2)发展中国家的可持续增长:包容性发展议程与金融资源;(3)国际发展融资体系以及对可持续基础设施影响;(4)区域金融合作与融合。


  在此次会议中,来自国际著名智库、国际组织、多边开发银行、发达国家及发展中国家的三十多位专家出席了本次会议。中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所、上海国际问题研究院、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院、泛美开发银行、亚洲开发银行学院,以及来自德国、美国、韩国、印度、土耳其、西班牙、巴西、智利、哥伦比亚、墨西哥、阿根廷、越南等国家的代表分别在会上介绍了他们的国别案例并进行了深入的讨论。太平洋大学秘鲁-中国研究中心圣加德亚(Rosario Santa Gadea)主任与世界经济与政治研究所张宇燕所长分别在总结致辞中高度评价了论坛演讲和深入讨论的价值。与会代表一致认为,专家们在会上的发言和讨论对T20未来的研究非常具有启发性,也对G20及非G20国家制定公共政策具有重要的指导价值。
