2021年7月9日，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院执行院长王文受邀在第24届欧亚经济论坛发表题为“齐心协力，推动欧亚大陆一体化”的主旨发言。以下为发言全文。

各位好，我是王文，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院执行院长。非常感谢邀请，让我在这么重要的论坛上发言。作为研究“一带一路”的学者，我希望与大家分享一个重要观点：新冠疫情并没有影响“一带一路”。相反，“一带一路”正在逆势增长，亚洲一体化进程正在加快。

一个多月前，我所在的智库发布了一份疫情期“一带一路”进展的评估报告，发现“一带一路”的各项数据都在增长。比如，中欧班列已突破4万列，中国企业对“一带一路”沿线58个国家直接投资增长了18%；与“一带一路”相关国家进出口总额增长了1%，这是相当不容易的成绩。尤其是中国跨境电商进出口增长了31%。

这份报告中还有很多数据，都证明了互联互通是未来趋势，即使有百年来最严重的病毒危机，也阻止不了全球化，阻止不了人们交往。在这样的趋势下，亚欧大陆一体化的进程在加快。

大家都知道，由于美国的离岸平衡手战略，亚洲是被割裂的。许多亚洲国家与邻国之间的关系都要差于这个国家与美国的关系。亚洲需要崛起，亚欧大陆也需要一体化。

一周前，中国刚刚庆祝中国共产党100周年。百年前，中国是全世界最穷的国家，现在，中国成为全球第二大经济体、世界最大的货物贸易国、世界最大的制造业大国、世界最大的消费市场，一条非常的经验就在于，在中国共产党的领导下，推动国内的互联互通。

“一带一路”的一个重要目标，就是要推动亚欧大陆的互联互通，帮助每一个国家发展，进而实现共同繁荣。

所以，我的结论是，不妨相信中国的经验，大家一起合作，持续地推动一带一路建设，我们一定有更好的未来。谢谢！

Hello, I'm Wang Wen, executive director of Chongyang Institute, Renmin University of China. Thank you very much for inviting me to speak in such an important forum.

As Belt& Road Initiative scholar, I hope to share with you: COVID-19 has not affected the BRI. On the contrary, BRI is growing against the trend, and the process of Eurasian integration is accelerating.

One month ago, Chongyang Institute released one evaluation report on BRI in the Pandemic, and found that all the data along BRI are growing. BRI China and Europe train have exceeded 40 thousand. The direct investment of 58 countries along the BRI has increased by 18%. China With BRI countries, the total volume of imports and exports increased by 1%. In particular, China's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports grew by 31%.

There are still many data in this report, which prove that interconnection is the future trend. Even if there is the most serious virus crisis in the past century, it can not stop globalization and people's communication. Under such a trend, the process of Eurasian integration is speeding up.

As we all know, Asia is fragmented because of the offshore balancing strategy of the United States. The relationship between many Asian countries and their neighbors is worse than that between this country and the United States. Asia needs to rise up, and so does the Eurasian continent.

A week ago, China just celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. One hundred years ago, China was the poorest country in the world. Now, China has become the world's second largest economy, the world's largest trading country in goods, the world's largest manufacturing country, and the world's largest consumer market. An extraordinary experience is to promote domestic connectivity under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.

BRI has an important goal to promote interconnection between the Asian and European continents and help every country to develop and achieve common prosperity. I believe that BRI has a better future, and China will have a better future too. thank you!
