主讲嘉宾简介

玛丽亚·若昂·罗德里格斯，葡萄牙前总理安东尼奥·古特雷斯任内部长，是位在欧洲机构拥有丰富履历的欧洲政治家。她曾任欧盟轮值主席国特别顾问、欧洲理事会成员、欧盟委员会成员及欧洲议会议员。她在多项欧洲倡议中发挥关键作用，包括：《里斯本条约》制定、《里斯本战略》（欧盟首个增长与创新议程）推进、欧元区改革、欧盟与美中印巴非等战略伙伴对接、欧洲社会权利支柱确立、新冠危机应对方案制定、欧盟未来路线图规划，以及欧盟对联合国《未来契约》的贡献（含《全球数字契约》）。罗德里格斯女士现任由吉斯卡尔·德斯坦创立的布鲁塞尔智库“重塑欧洲”董事会主席，该机构与欧盟机构保持紧密合作。作为欧洲政治基金会主席，她担任G/T20进程欧盟代表，同时是罗马俱乐部前瞻研究成员。学术领域方面，她曾任里斯本大学学院欧洲经济政策全职教授、布鲁塞尔自由大学欧洲研究所全职教授，并担任牛津大学欧洲学院项目评估委员。她还曾任欧盟委员会社会经济研究咨询委员会主席。迄今发表著作逾百篇，并活跃于全球各类学术会议。

Maria João Rodrigues, former Minister in Portugal of PM Antonio Guterres, is a European politician with a long track in different European institutions: special advisor in EU Presidencies, European Council, European Commission, and member of the European Parliament. She played a relevant role in several European initiatives as: the Lisbon Treaty, the Lisbon strategy (the first EU's growth and innovation agenda), the Eurozone reform, the interface with EU strategic partners US, China, Brazil, India and Africa, the European Pillar of Social Rights, the plans to respond to the COVID crisis, the roadmap for EU’s future, EU inputs for the UN Pact for the Future including the Global Digital Compact.

She is currently the Chair of the Board of the Think-Tank Re-Imagine Europa created by Giscard d’Estaing and located in Brussels and working closely to the EU institutions. As President of FEPS, European political foundation, she has been a EU member of the G/T20 process. She is also member of the Club of Rome on foresight. In academic terms, she has been full professor of European economic policies in in the Lisbon University Institute and in the European Studies Institute – Université Libre de Bruxelles and assessor of the Oxford University Europaeum Programme. She was also the chair of the European Commission Advisory Board for Socio-economic Research. She has more than hundred publications and intervened in conferences across the world.
