主讲人简介

拉赫曼尼·法兹里大使是一位资深的职业外交官。他于2025年起担任伊朗驻华大使兼总统特使。1990-至1992年，在伊朗菲尔多西大学担任副校长。1993年，当选为伊朗伊斯兰议会议员，任期持续至1997年。1997-2007年，出任伊朗国家广播电视台（IRIB）副台长。2007年，调任伊朗内政部，担任负责国际经济事务的副部长，并于同年兼任伊朗国内安全委员会副主席，这一职务延续到2009年。2009-2014年，担任伊朗最高审计法院院长。2014-2022年，获任伊朗内政部长，并领导伊朗国内安全委员会。2022-2025年，在德黑兰沙希德·贝赫什提大学担任教授。

Since the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership in 2016, China-Iran relations have continued to deepen. With the signing of the 25-year comprehensive cooperation agreement, bilateral collaboration has steadily expanded from traditional energy and infrastructure sectors to emerging fields such as new energy, agriculture, and security and defense. More notably, China's successful mediation in facilitating the historic reconciliation between Iran and Saudi Arabia has not only reshaped the regional landscape but also highlighted China's constructive role in West Asian affairs. Against the backdrop of the rise of the "Global South" and the acceleration of multipolarity, China-Iran collaboration, supported by platforms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, is becoming a key variable influencing regional stability and prosperity. This lecture will focus on the current international changes and new dynamics in West Asia, exploring how China and Iran can jointly address challenges and shape the future through high-level guidance, economic integration, security cooperation, and people-to-people interaction.

Speaker's CV

Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli's distinguished career spans diplomacy, governance, and academia. Since 2025, he has served as Iran’s Ambassador to China and Presidential Envoy, responsible for advancing China–Iran relations. His professional career began with his role as Deputy President of Ferdowsi University (1990-1992) before he served as a Member of Parliament (1993-1997). 

He subsequently held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Iranian National Radio and Television (IRIB) from 1997 to 2007, after which he advanced through key governmental posts including Deputy Minister for International and Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Interior (2007), Deputy Head of the Internal Security Council (2007-2009), and President of the Supreme Audit Court (2009-2014). His responsibilities expanded significantly with his appointments as both Minister of Interior and Head of the Internal Security Council from 2014 to 2022, followed by a tenure as a Professor at Shahid Beheshti University (2022-2025).
