编者按：2016年中国与瑞士建立创新战略伙伴关系以来，两国关系蓬勃发展，中瑞关系不仅在中国与西方国家关系中堪称“典范”，也在构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系中起到引领作用。瑞士是首个与中国签署自贸协定的欧洲国家，瑞士不仅见证了中瑞友谊的深厚底蕴，更以实际行动引领着中欧经贸合作的新篇章。2025年是中瑞建交75周年，如何更好地落实并深化创新战略伙伴关系对双方来说都意义重大。在此背景下，人大重阳区域国别论坛之“大使讲坛”第六场邀请到瑞士驻华大使白瑞谊于2月25日访问中国人民大学并发表演讲，解读中瑞创新战略伙伴关系的丰富内涵与深远意义。

白瑞谊（Jürg Burri）于2022年起就任瑞士驻中国、蒙古和朝鲜大使。2018年，他被任命为瑞士驻波兰大使。2014年至2018年，他担任瑞士联邦外交部领事司司长。2013年到2014年，他担任联邦经济教研部教育、研究与创新国务秘书处研究创新司司长。2009年到2012年，他被任命为瑞士联邦内政部教育、研究与创新国务秘书处副司长。2006年至2009年，他担任瑞士驻华大使馆公使/副馆长。2002年至2006年，他被任命为瑞士驻欧盟使团参赞（负责科教和航天事务）。1998年至2002年，他被派驻瑞士联邦外交部联合国处处长。

Since the establishment of the Innovative Strategic Partnership between China and Switzerland in 2016, bilateral relations between the two countries have flourished. Sino-Swiss relations have not only served as a ‘model’ in China’s relations with Western countries, but also played a leading role in fostering a new type of international relations centered on win-win cooperation. As the first Continental European country to sign a Free Trade Agreement with China, Switzerland has not only witnessed the profound foundation of Sino-Swiss partnership but also led a new chapter in China-Europe economic and trade cooperation through concrete actions. 2025 marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries, it is significantly important for both nations to deepen the Innovative Strategic Partnership. In view of this, the “Ambassador Forum” of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin Universtiy of China (RDCY) will honorably invite Jürg Burri, Ambassador of Switzerland to China, to visit Renmin University of China and deliver a speech on February 25, 2025, interpreting the rich connotations and future-oriented significance of the China-Switzerland Innovative Strategic Partnership.

Jürg Burri took up his position as Ambassador of Switzerland to China, Mongolia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea since 2022. In 2018, he was appointed as Ambassador of Switzerland in Poland. From 2014 to 2018, he was the Director General of the Consular Directorate of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in Berne. From 2013 to 2014, he was the Head of Research and Innovation Directorate, State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation of Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research in Berne. From 2009 to 2012, he was appointed as Deputy Director of the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation of Federal Department of Home Affairs in Berne. From 2006 to 2009, he served as the Minister/Deputy Head of Mission Embassy of Switzerland in Beijing. From 2002 to 2006, he was the Counselor (Science, Education, Space) of the Mission of Switzerland to the European Union in Brussels. From 1998 to 2002, he worked in Head of Office of United Nations Section in Berne.
