今年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年的重要节点，又恰逢中老铁路正式通车已超过一年，开通了中老两国之间的国际旅客班列。作为共建“一带一路”合作的典范，中国与老挝两国致力于深化全面战略合作，为构建中老人类命运共同体宏伟目标而共同努力。

在各界的协助支持下，作为中国“一带一路”研究的顶级智库，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院（人大重阳）率知名智库专家与媒体代表团在此重要时点访问老挝，旨在通过实地调研考察万象等地，体验中老铁路旅客专列，对外展示中老共建“一带一路”十周年的阶段性成果。为此，将于7月5日在老挝首都万象地标酒店召开“一带一路”十周年与中老合作国际论坛，发布《“一带一路”背景下中国东盟绿色发展：以中老铁路为例》的主题研究报告，进而推动中老战略合作进一步深化，助力“一带一路”中老合作与中老命运共同体的建设发展，增进中国与东盟国家的互信与共同繁荣。
