2023年3月，习近平主席向国际社会提出构建人类命运共同体理念十周年。十年来，这一理念受到越来越广泛的欢迎和响应，展现出越来越强大的真理力量和实践伟力。由中国人民大学与中国公共外交协会主办，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院（人大重阳）与中国人民大学中国式现代化与文明新形态研究院、中国人民大学习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究院联合举办“构建人类命运共同体10周年与人类文明新形态的创造”国际研讨会，邀请中外权威专家共同探讨在新时代新征程携手共同推动人类命运共同体的构建。会议议程安排如下：
