John Ross is the former director of Economic and Business Policy of London, and a senior foreign researcher at Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China. He has created the English website "Learning from China" to promote China`s road to the west. 

In his view, in some fields-- in particular about economy, foreign policy and geopolitics, China`s ideas are the most advanced in the world. And that`s why he created the website, which is to make this material and analysis avaliable to westerners.
