As state leaders of the G20 member countries fly into China`s eastern city of Hangzhou to attend a summit meeting this weekend, an Australian economist is urging world leaders to take concrete actions to tackle trade protectionism.
Tristram Sainsbury made the comment in an earlier interview with CRI’s Tu Yun. Sainsbury is the Project Director at the G20 Studies Center of the Lowy Institute for International Policy. He is also a visiting fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China.
