Now, no matter where we are, we all directly and indirectly feel the impact and torture of the new coronavirus epidemic. Except for a few countries, the new crown epidemic has occurred in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, with a total of more than 30 million confirmed cases and nearly 1 million deaths. Production, scientific research, trade, transportation, transportation, education, and personnel exchanges around the world have been forced to stop or have never been strictly restricted, which has seriously disrupted the social stability, economic development and life order of all countries. Strictly speaking, we still don’t know when we will be able to completely get rid of the epidemic, or when we will be able to restore normal social production and life order. If we fail to take precautions in place, the epidemic will most likely return before the vaccine is fully popularized. There is no doubt that the new crown epidemic is a common threat all over the world, and no one in any country can be immune to it; We must attach great importance to it and take all necessary effective measures to eliminate it.

In the past eight months or so, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has always put the protection of people’s lives and health at the top of the list, withstanding the pressures and taking control of the overall situation. Resolutely and decisively, took extraordinary actions to deal with extraordinary things, united and led the people of all ethnic groups in China, quickly started the people’s war, general war, and resistance war for epidemic prevention and control, and achieved a major battle against the new crown pneumonia epidemic in a short period of time. Strategic results. Immediately afterwards, the Party Central Committee focused on resuming work and production and returning to school, and on the other hand to prevent the return of the epidemic, intensified macro-policy response, solidly implemented the”six stability” work, fully implemented the"six guarantees" tasks, and issued a number of strengthened employment priorities, specific measures such as promoting investment and consumption, stabilizing foreign trade and foreign investment, and stabilizing the supply chain of the industrial chain. The broad masses of the people supported and cooperated, worked together to face difficulties, and quickly reversed the passive situation of -6.8%economic growth in the first quarter, which has become since the outbreak of the epidemic. In the great fight against the epidemic, more than 170 The leaders of the country, the heads of 50 international and regional organizations, and more than 300 foreign political parties and political organizations have expressed condolences and support to the Chinese leaders and the Chinese people through various forms, which deeply moved us. From the beginning of the epidemic, they have expressed their firm willingness to work hand in hand with the people of all countries to overcome the difficulties, and contributed their wisdom and strength to the global fight against the epidemic. With a separate, transparent, and responsible attitude, the Chinese government actively fulfills its international obligations, proactively notify the World Health Organization and relevant countries and regional organizations of the progress of the epidemic, release information such as the new coronavirus gene sequence, and announce the diagnosis and treatment plan and prevention and control. The plan provides a large amount of anti-epidemic supplies, and dispatches multiple medical expert teams to practice the sincere will to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind with practical actions. President Xi Jinping also announced that after China’s new crown vaccine is completed and put into use, it will serve as a global public product and make its own contribution to the realization of the vaccine’s accessibility and affordability in developing countries.

However, we have also seen that as the international community has increased cooperation and united for the epidemic, some US politicians have deviated from the minimum human rights principles for re-election. Do not believe in science, disregard the lives of the people, indulge in the spread of the epidemic, and increase the number of infected people on a large scale, leading to further economic decline and huge tearing of social groups. Not only that, they also transferred the responsibility for the uncontrolled epidemic to the World Health Organization and to the entire international community, including China, to "politicize"the virus and threaten to impose sanctions.
