The recently concluded Two Sessions highlighted discussions on Chinese modernization. Beyond learning from the West and forging its own path, what makes China's journey towards modernization distinctive? The mission of achieving modernization for a country with a population of more than 1.4 billion is challenging and demands significant economic growth. How does Chinese modernization benefit the global economy? What role will the government play in delivering Chinese modernization?
