Speaker: Victoria Khu is a Russian born Chinese with MA from Tsinghua University. She is a co-founder and president of SCOLAR Network (2017), a platform for young leaders from 18 Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) countries, affiliated with the SCO Secretariat. Victoria is a Chief Project Coordinator at OCTO Consulting - a Beijing based advisory company focusing on projects in Belt and Road and SCO Region. She is also a TEDx speaker and a member of Global Shapers community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
