Zhao Jinping, Chief Economist of the DRTT（Development Research Think Tank of China）, former Minister of the Research Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Development Research Center of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. Concurrently serving as a researcher of the Pilot Free Trade Zone Construction Research Center of the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, Honorary Dean of Hainan Institute of Open Economic System, a member of Policy Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and other ministries. On February 23, 2009, served as a lecturer of the 12th collective study of the 17th Politburo of the Central Committee of the "World Economic Situation and Promoting the Sound and Rapid Development of China's Economy".
