Ma Yong is the professor at the School of Finance at Renmin University of China and deputy dean of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY). He has been a peer reviewer of international SSCI journals such as China Economic Review and Economic Modelling, as well as domestic core journals such as Economic Research Journal, The Journal of World Economy, China Economic Quarterly, Journal of Financial Research and Economic Perspectives. In 2014, he won the "Mundell-Huang Economics Prize".
