On the sidelines of the 2nd World Conference on China Studies in Shanghai, former Italian PM and former president of the European Commission Romano Prodi said China-EU relations are not "brothers", but could be "cousins" during an exclusive interview with China Daily. Amid a world growing more divided, he stressed China-EU collaboration should not be blocked by differences and is rooted in dialogue.
