British economist: World still underestimates China's tech rise

On the sidelines of a seminar hosted by Renmin University of China on changing global perceptions of China’s development, CGTN has spoken with John Ross, former Director of Economic and Business Policy for the Mayor of London and Senior Fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Renmin University of China. He says global perceptions are still catching up with the pace and breadth of China’s industrial and technological advancement.
