International Symposium on “China and the World
in the New Era”

Since the release of the White Paper on China and the World in the New Era on September 27, 2019, it has continued to arouse international discussions and get a lot of attention. This is the first comprehensive White Paper published by Chinese government about the relationship between China and the world since the founding of the People's Republic of China. It has comprehensively and profoundly answered the major issues such as “Where China comes from and where to go”, “What kind of world China is promoting” and “How developed China will get along with the world”. For the purpose of better enhancing mutual understanding between China and the international community, the International Symposium on "China and the World in the New Era" will be hosted by Renmin University of China, organized by Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China (RDCY) on December 16, 2019 in Beijing, with the guidance of the State Council Information Office of the People’s Republic of China. The symposium will invite a number of well-known Chinese and foreign experts to discuss the relationship between China and the world in depth, meanwhile contribute intelligence to build the more progressive and prosperous China and the world.
