On the afternoon of September 25th, the first lecture of "The 70th Anniversary of the Founding of The PRC" series which hosted by Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Renmin University of China (RDCY) and Huanqiu Web, was held at RDCY in Beijing. And The series of lectures invited 13 authoritative scholars from Renmin University of China to sort out the 70 years' development history and changes, to appraise brilliant achievements and practical experiences, and look forward to the future.

There were 13 scholars to hold a keynote speech, separately Wang Guogang, the Professor of the School of Finance of RUC, Zhao Xijun, the deputy dean of the School of Finance of RUC, Jin Canrong, the deputy dean of School of International Studies of RUC, Qi Dongsheng, the deputy dean of School of International Studies of RUC, Wang Yiwei, the professor of School of International studies of RUC, Zhou Luohua, the associate dean of RDCY, Zhuang Yumin, the dean of School of Finance of RUC, Jia Jinjing, the assistant to the Dean of RDCY, Li Yong, the deputy dean of School of Economics of RUC, Liu Shouying, the dean of School of Economics of RUC, Wang Changyun, the dean of Hanqing Advanced Institute of Economic and Finance, Wang Wen, the executive dean of RDCY and Xu Qinhua, the deputy dean of National Academy of Development and Strategy, RUC.

The series of lectures was very popular, and many listeners came here. Many of them came to Beijing from Yunnan, Jiangxi, Guangxi and Xinjiang. The total number of participants in the 13 lectures was nearly 5,000. It is worth mentioning that this series has also aroused wild public concerns in the network and society.
