On October 21st-24th, the 15th WCEC was taken place in ExCel, London. Over 3000 delegates attend from over 80 countries.
Wang Wen made a keynote speech about "World Chinese Entrepreneurs Shall Seize the New Dividends" in the Forum "The Belt and Road Initiative, the Commonwealth, and the global opportunity for collaboration". Wang Wen believes that in the past 40 years, besides the diligence and intelligence of individuals, the rise of world Chinese entrepreneurs benefits significantly from China's reform and opening up. However, the three old dividends that Chinese businessmen have received in the past 40 years are dying out. The second trend of reform and opening up is "The Belt and Road Initiative". They need to develop three brand-new growing points, namely, the innovation dividend with deepening reform, the market dividend centered on non-Western countries and the talent bonus with intelligent revolution. Therefore, Wang Wen suggested that it was necessary for Chinese entrepreneur to learn experience from the Early British Rise. In the future, Chinese businessmen should continue to forge ahead in the goals of world peace, national rejuvenation, and people's lives, and must explore the unknown world.
After the conference, Wang Wen was interviewed by the British and European media such as the European Times.
