China has entered the “14th Five-Year Plan”. In the next five years, a century of changes will accelerate. According to the paper “The Post-90s and China’s Reform in the Perspective of the 14th Five-Year Plan” published in the first issue of China Youth Social Science in 2021, about 210 million people born in the 1990s will enter the employment period and become the main force of national development and social construction. In order to take advantage of the young talents in China and accelerate the growth of China’s younger generation, Renmin University of China organized the “14th Five-Year Plan and the Youth in China” seminar.
