Mr. Zhang Yibo currently serves as the Vice Dean of School of Global Leadership at Renmin University of China (RUC). He completed his undergraduate studies in English Literature and graduate studies in Applied Linguistics at Harbin Institute of Technology, followed by his doctoral studies in Journalism at RUC. Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at Yale University and University of California at Berkeley.

With decade of service at RUC, Mr. Zhang has accumulated extensive expertise in international exchange and cooperation. In his current capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of School of Global Leadership, including the formulation of development strategies, external communications, the establishment of institutional partnerships, the facilitation of student mobility programs, and the general management of the school.  

Mr. Zhang’s professional experience also includes significant international exposure. He held a position in the Education Office of the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Vancouver.
